Coffee and tea will save you from premature death
Spontaneous conclusions were made by Japanese researchers who examined daily ration of volunteers. It turns out that those who daily drink coffee are less likely to die in the near future.

Professionals National cancer center of Japan conducted a large scale survey, which featured over 90 thousand people aged 40 to 69 years. Respondents talked about their own daily Supplement regimen, and the cancer center staff compared the information with data about mortality for the last 19 years.

The result was that those who every day drink one or two cups of coffee, the risk of dying in the foreseeable future is reduced by 15%. Despite all this among the inhabitants of our planet who drink three to four cups per day, this figure is reduced by 24%.

These qualities and green tea. His constant consumption (more than 5 cups a day) reduces the risk of early death in males 13%, females 17%, reports TASS. Scientists think that a large role in this action on the human body is the caffeine that is found in both the drinks. Among other things possess medicinal properties of tea catechins and chlorogenic acid in the coffee.

Earlier Days.Roux wrote about another study of the qualities of coffee. A team of scientists from Imperial educational institutions in London found that the likelihood of developing liver cancer among residents of our planet, every day drinking a few cups of coffee, was lower by 29%. This is because coffee concentrate reduces the expression of genes associated with inflammation. This effect, scientists assume, is manifested in the liver, which can prevent cancer.
