MOSCOW, may 27 - RIA Novosti/Prime. Russia took the 45th place in the chart of countries ' competitiveness in 2015, inform the data of the rating, compiled by the international Institute for management development (International Institute for Management Development, IMD).
in 2014 Russia was at 38. IMD stressed that Ukraine in the chart took 60 place, down from 49 position in 2014. The reason for the decline, according to a press release of the Institute, was the high market volatility that accompanies possessing weapons, the conflict in Ukraine.
1st place in the Oricon still occupy the USA - the country maintains a high performance business and financial sector, as well as innovative development and extensive infrastructure. Hong Kong ranked second, ahead of Singapore and Switzerland, which took third and fourth places, respectively.
chart IMD competitiveness published continuously since 1989. It covers 61 countries, analyzing their competitiveness on more than 300 criteria. Research work evaluates the ability of countries to create a competitive environment and favorable conditions for doing business.
