Prosecutors in Kuzbass, western Siberia, said on Monday that a helicopter crash in which four people died was caused by poor visibility.
The helicopter, which was flying in thick fog without having previously notified flight operators, crashed after hitting trees, killing the pilot and three passengers on Sunday morning. The bodies are currently being identified.
On September 13, a helicopter crash in Kuzbass killed three people, including Vladimir Lavrik, director general of the region`s Yuzhkuzbassugol mining company.
