The head of the SBU Valentyn Nalyvaychenko have said before, that one of the former Deputy Prosecutor General of the country received income from petroleum base. According to Nalyvaychenko, the SBU suspects the former Deputy Prosecutor General Vitaly Yarema, Anatoly Danilenko, in the felony of lawlessness with the consequences of ecocide. Then Nalyvaychenko was summoned for questioning to the Prosecutor General.

first Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk asked in a persistent form to file a civil lawsuit against the owners of the burned depot for all damages. According to the state service for emergency situations, the loss from the fire is estimated at 50 million hryvnia (about 2, 4 million dollars at current exchange rates).
