"The Minister of internal Affairs Arsen Avakov and the head of the security Service (Vasily Gritsak) reported to the President on the situation with the kidnapping of six-year-old boy in the Transcarpathian region. The President took this emergency situation under his personal control and confidence to take all measures for his release," wrote adviser to the President Svyatoslav Tsegolko in his own Twitter.
