"There is a political agreement, and it looks like this: elections in the occupied territories are not held, and the elections to the extent where there are military-civil administration (Donetsk and Luhansk), pass a separate law," said Kononenko, quoted by the online edition " ".

According to the Deputy, the preconditions for elections in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions is written in the law on the special status of certain territories."
