The UK has issued a White paper on crimes in the South-East of Ukraine
The Russian investigative Committee under the editorship of the head of Department Alexander Bastrykin has issued a White paper crimes " committed in the South-East of Ukraine, said the official representative of SK Vladimir Markin. The book is based on the evidence collected by the Investigative Committee of Russia in the process of investigating crimes involving the use of prohibited means and methods of warfare, according to a report on the Internet representation of the Russian IC. As stressed by the head of the UK, the Book will attract the attention of international brotherhood and international human rights organisations to blatant acts of violence against civilians, in the 1st turn against defenceless women and children, encourage international Commonwealth to take more active measures towards a peaceful resolution of the conflict situation in the South-East of Ukraine. July 23, Bastrykin said that allows the development of a future international Tribunal that following the example of former Yugoslavia, Kosovo or other countries will give a legal assessment to actions of military power of Ukraine in the Donbass. Public chamber of Russia and other human rights organizations have collected 17 thousand Lawsuits against Ukraine and have plans to submit them to the European court of human rights. In every lawsuit tells about the violation of the rights of one person or one family in the process of military action in Eastern Ukraine. The investigative Committee is investigating 54 criminal cases on war crimes in the Donbass.
