The General staff of Ukraine approved safaris recruits
Ukraine is approaching the close of another - 6 - wave of mobilization that forced the military registration and enlistment offices in all corners of powers more actively present on the agenda and to catch evaders.

And until someone tries to attract guys in the army with the help of the currency payouts and generous promises, some like a more traditional script and literally hunt for recruits on the street.

6 wave of mobilization in Ukraine must end on August 17. According to unofficial data, the recruitment into the Armed forces power has failed completely. So, the worst features showing the Western region and Kiev. Dnepropetrovsk, Zaporozhye, Ukraine and the Central powers do better, but they have no chance to reach the target signs.

Now before Commissars, apparently, the goal is not to implement the plan, and to fail not as much as the neighbors. And to achieve the desired result, they are ready to apply all their imagination. Although more popular still use time-tested methods to catch recruits on the street.

However, and then found a place for innovation. Now Commissar real Safari suit, together in groups of 5 - 7 people, reports the Ukrainian edition of "News". Finding the victim they surround her and want to force to show the documents then will be able to serve the subpoena.

The question is whether this is the detention of a negative answer, however blocking all attempts are included in the "voenkomom environment" to leave before the arrival of the police patrol. The General staff report that all of this is within the scope of the law, once the agenda is prepared in advance, and are not filled on site upon presentation of documents.

"The legislation does not prohibit handing the agenda on the streets in the daytime. As for allegedly filling subpoenas... Need to find out is to fill or signed", - said 1st Deputy head of the Main Directorate of the defense and mobilization planning of the General staff Vladimir Talalay.

Method is not a carrot, but the stick has decided to take advantage of entrepreneur Vladimir Blikhar of Ternopil region. He asked the soldiers one-time assistance in the amount of 20 thousand hryvnias, small monthly payments, and even up to 100 thousand UAH in case of injury. There were 10 similar "vacancies" for recruits. The offer had 7 people respond.

"It's a stick with 2 ends. On the one hand, the idea is excellent because it helps you to complete projects on mobilization. With another is dangerous, as reservists will be guided not by patriotism, and material goods. Will wait until someone will offer more cash," says the Deputy head of the Kyiv city military registration and enlistment office Igor Slusarenko.
