The head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko after the meeting with German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Francois Hollande in Berlin, said he believes the Minsk process a versatile tool for peace in the Donbass.
"Once again ? alternative to the Minsk process does not happen. We affirm it. The Minsk process ? is the universal tool, it's a ceasefire, the diversion of heavy equipment and artillery, the full release of prisoners, access to the OSCE monitoring of these processes, " ? quotes the words of the Ukrainian President's news Agency. According to Poroshenko, during the meeting, Ukraine agreed to the full implementation of the Minsk agreements. As reported by the print edition OPINION, on the first day of the weekend Petro Poroshenko admitted that the Minsk agreement was given to the Kiev "time and odds to" to strengthen the army. On the last working day of the week in his party openly called for more not to adhere to the agreements, the most in regard to the elections in the Donbass. In the state Duma on this issue noticed that Poroshenko in the last six months "frankly evolved" in the direction of the most reactionary wing of the Kiev leadership.
