The formation of international peacekeeping operations for Ukraine were locked for fear of the possible use of Russia's veto power in the UN security Council, said the head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko.
"The formation of international peacekeeping operations, which could lead to stabilization of the situation in Ukraine and stop the bloodshed, was blocked because of the danger of the possible use of Russia's veto.
