According to the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine, the tragedy was caused by overloading of the vessel. Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk ordered to create a special Commission to investigate the circumstances of the accident. On Sunday in the area was declared a mourning day. The head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko ordered to conduct a comprehensive investigation of the causes of the crash. A government Commission before November 2 must provide a report on the results of the investigation of the disaster.
