"Transaero" was sold to the co-owner S7
The controlling problem of the carrier "Transaero" was implemented with the co-owner S7. The participants of the deal were not announced the amount of the purchase, noting only that it is more than 1 ruble, and all happy.

Shareholders in S7 are interested in avoid bankruptcy, "Transaero", but what measures will be taken is not yet known.

CEO and co-owner of S7 airlines Vladislav Filev has acquired a controlling stake in Transaero. The agreement was signed between him and the founder of the troubled airline by Pleshakov Alexander.

As informs RBC, implemented at least 51% of the shares. The amount of the transaction is unknown, but Pleshakov told that it is more than 1 ruble, which is assumed under the failed agreement between Transaero and Aeroflot, and both sides are happy.

According to the list of affiliated persons of "Transaero", Who belonged only 46,55% of the shares. However, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the airline Olga Pleshakova stated that it boosted its stake to "a little less than 60%" of the shares.

To implement the control package of "Transaero" Pleshakov decided the result of the avoiding of monopolization of the market. "I drafted the agreement, because it did not wish to prevent the monopolization of the airline industry that passengers and industry professionals had the opportunity of choosing between airlines," he explained.

Pleshakov stressed the need to preserve relationships with partners and creditors. According to his statement, they would have incurred losses in case of recognition of Transaero airlines bankrupt.

As Filev told that the shareholders have the S7 project for the settlement of a debt "Transaero". They will try to prevent the bankruptcy of the carrier, but what measures will be taken in this respect, Filev not reported.

Debt Transaero is about 260 billion rubles. Of these, 160 billion accounted for the leasing of aircraft, 85 billion on loans to banks. In addition, "Transaero" has debts to fuel companies, airports and service providers.
