in Ukraine for 13 years, there has been a moratorium on the implementation of agricultural land. It is installed before January 1, 2016. Ukrainian citizens fear that with the abolition of their lands have the opportunity for a pittance to buy big businessmen.
legislation is also proposed to authorize the government of Ukraine before March 1, 2016 to create and submit to the Verkhovna Rada a draft law on farm land turnover.
The document shall be signed by the head of Ukraine. It is planned that It will take effect from the day following the day of its promulgation in the official media.
Ukraine since 2004 is trying to allow the free purchase and sale of agricultural land, but this initiative was blocked by Parliament, which introduced the relevant moratorium. The issue of cancelling the moratorium on the implementation of farmland has wide public resonance. The Ukrainian authorities promised to settle so as not to prevent speculation on the land market.
