Malaysian Boeing was shot down over Ukraine by a missile "Buk", which was brought from Russia and was fired from the village under the control of Pro-Russian separatists, said the team of international prosecutors.
Speaking at a press conference in the Dutch city of Nieuwegein, the head of the Dutch national powers of Paulissen Wilbert said there is evidence that the missile was of Russian manufacture, which on 17 July 2014, Boeing was shot down with 298 passengers on Board. "We have no doubt that the conclusions which we are presenting today are accurate," said the Prosecutor.
Ukrainian Ministry of foreign Affairs said that the findings indicate "direct involvement" of Russia, and said the investigation is ongoing, conducted a search for specific suspects and their "place in the chain of command" in order to achieve the criminal case. Russia, which has repeatedly denied any involvement in the forced landing of the plane, rejected the report.
"None of the missile systems, including Buk, never crossed the Russian-Ukrainian border", said the representative of the Russian Ministry of defense Igor Konashenkov, in a statement. "All the data presented today are based on two sources - the Internet and the Ukrainian intelligence services, so the objectivity of the data, and therefore all conclusions based on it, leave us with doubts."
Paulissen said that the missile was released from a farmland near the village of Pervomaisk, which was under the control of Pro-Russian rebels at the time the withdrawal was made with the support of satellite data from the United States and the European space Agency.
