The attack occurred during the open wedding celebrations in the conservative Kurdish area in the city of Gaziantep, near the Syrian border. Officials found the pieces of the vest of a suicide at the scene, the Agency said. The explosion witnesses describe terrifying scene, they say body parts were scattered around the perimeter.

No group has yet claimed responsibility for the blast in Gaziantep. But in a statement condemning the attack, Erdogan has identified ISIS as a likely culprit.
