The 41-year-old actress is in fantastic shape and has revealed her secret to staying slim is regular exercise. The star enjoys jogging and yoga and because she is such a fitness fanatic she is happy to indulge her cravings for fast food every now and then.
"I do watch what I eat, but I say everything in moderation. I don`t deprive myself but I don`t eat a cheeseburger every day. I give myself one or two days a week where I have whatever I want," she explained. "And I work out - which is key. If you work out you can pretty much do anything."
Jennifer loves hitting the gym and blasting out her favourite tunes while she is working up a sweat. The star has a far reaching interest in music and enjoys listening to everything from rap to electro pop and rock. Jennifer believes it is crucial to put on a wide range of songs while she is exercising.
"Music is always very important and I have a couple of different mixes more than anything as opposed to just one song," she added in an interview with Newsbeat. "I love Foo Fighters and Radiohead. I love Jay-Z, I love Lady Gaga, she`s a riot."
