25 years ago there was a new award - the title of Hero of the Russian Federation

Exactly 25 years ago in our country there is a new award - the title of Hero of the Russian Federation. The first holders of the Golden stars began cosmonaut Sergei Krikalev and major General Sulambek Oskanov.
