Manchester suicide bomber Salman, Abedi probably received several orders from ISIS in Syria a few months before the attack, according to information gathered during the preliminary investigation, said the official representative of the United States.
The US believes ISIS by training paved the way for the 22-year-old terrorist to carry out the deadly attack on the Manchester Arena on Monday evening, which killed 22 people. It is believed that other members of the family of Abedi was radicalized, said the official.
There is information about the British terrorist who spent time in Libya before the attack and passed through the airports in Istanbul and Dusseldorf, as the police focused on tracking accomplices. Authorities have made several arrests, including the brother of Abedi, who was detained in Libya.
