Now reduced rate on the mortgage is 7.4-10% for new buildings and 8.9-10% for real estate on the secondary market. The initial fee is now fifteen percent. Earlier (in early June), the Bank has reduced the interest rate to 10.7 percent. Nikolai Vasev, the Director of the division "Doclick" said that in the end the demand for mortgages has been above pre-crisis level. In may and June the Bank issued to the Russians a mortgage for the sum of 154 billion rubles. For the entire period from the beginning of the year the Bank issued mortgage loans amounting to almost 480 billion rubles.
