ACCORDING to the publication, the 1st Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed a Directive on the gradual transition of state-owned companies in the domestic. The fact of signing the paper confirmed the Commissioner Siluanov Andrey Lavrov.
According to the Directive, which read " Vedomosti ", after 10 days from its receipt, the Firm must convene the Board of Directors and representatives - to vote ON the Directive. In the list you can find organizations in which the state is the controlling shareholder and has an overwhelming number of votes in the Board of Directors, said the head of Department ON cooperation with public authorities, KPMG in Russia and CIS Anton Usov.
"After approval by the Board of Directors of state-owned companies are obliged for two months to prepare and approve the transition plan up to 2021 for the most part, Russian software, says the Directive: the real action and the phased-import, budgets, KPI's, responsible for the transition "- write " Vedomosti ".
in addition, state-owned companies are required to put all these challenges to subsidiaries where they own more than 50% of the share capital, on a quarterly basis and to report to the Ministry of communications.
