. Vladimir Putin signed a decree on conscription of Russians residing in reserve, for military training, the document is published on the official Internet portal of legal information.
According to the text of the decree, the charges will last for two months in the Armed Forces, troops of national guard, the state protection and bodies of Federal security service.
Putin also agreed to hold military training in the time frame agreed with the Executive authorities of the regions. The exceptions are the test fees, the timing of which are determined by the Ministry of defence.
According to the decree of the government and regional authorities is mandated to provide performance of actions related to the call of Russian citizens residing in reserve, to undergo military training and to conduct these charges.
The decree begins on the day of its official publication on February 21.
