Gary Coleman endured an "emotional battle" with his ex-wife
Kent Emmons - who was named as co-executor of the late actor`s estate in a 2005 will filed in Utah on 11.06.10 by fellow co-executor Anna Gray - has branded Shannon Price "white trash" for selling pictures of the `Diff`rent Strokes` star taken while he was in hospital shortly before his death last month.
Kent thinks the constant arguments Gary had with Shannon made him very unhappy.
Kent told website RadarOnline.com: "She is white trash. What can you say about a person who claims to love someone and takes pictures of them on their death bed?
"He went through an emotional battle with this girl. He was going through a lot of emotional issues with his ex-wife."
Though both the 2005 document and a 1999 will filed by Gary`s former manager Dion Mial stipulate Shannon - who has claimed she and Gary were on the verge of remarrying before his death - should receive nothing, the 24 year old is adamant the actor wanted her to "have everything".
However, Kent - who has never met Shannon - fumed: "When I last spoke to him there was nothing to be left to her."
Shannon filed a handwritten will dating back to 2007 last week, but there are doubts over its validity as it was not witnessed or notarised.
However, Shannon`s lawyer insists he intends to continue working on putting his client in control of Gary`s affairs.
Attorney Todd A. Bradford said: "I will handle everything as I would have before, because the 2007 addendum names Shannon as the sole beneficiary.
"I don`t think this would affect her legal rights because the codicil was written in 2007 and this new will is from two years earlier."
