However, he said, it will require substantial investment, because in Russia not so many such industries.
at the same time, as said the Russian Prime Minister, the Treaty of Paris - more flexible agreement than in effect before the Kyoto Protocol.
So, each country determines its own contribution to the process of reducing emissions and should be every 5 years to check how work is progressing on the implementation of the objectives of the Treaty.
The first global climate agreement by 2015 was signed by 186 countries and among them Russia. It determines the global plan of action to curb global warming.
