The Soviet Union played a leading role in the victory over fascism, said Minister of foreign Affairs of Poland Jacek Czaputowicz in the interview to RBC.
The diplomat said that Warsaw agrees with the position of the capital of Russia on the contribution of the Soviet Union at the end of the war.
Czaputowicz did not agree with the opinion of Polish politicians accusing Moscow of waging war on a par with Hitler, however, said that the USSR was to some extent responsible for the attack of Germany on Poland.
