Vladimir Putin expressed a televised address to the citizens of Russia in the beginning of a decisive day of voting on amendments to the Constitution.
He noticed that the citizens vote for the country where you want to live, and the amendments will come into force only with the approval of the people.
"I ask everyone to have their say - every vote counts," said head.
The President spoke with his appeal of the Tver region, where will be opened the memorial to the Soviet soldiers.
