British billionaire Alki David is offering $1 million to the first person who will streak naked in front of US President Barack Obama.
David is an action, Internet entrepreneur and the man behind BattleCam.com, a website that encourages people to take part in extreme activists and post the video online. David is using this call to action as a promotional stunt for the site.
"The rules are that you have to have BattleCam.com written on your chest, you have to shout out BattleCam six times, and you have to be within eye sight and ear shot of the President completely nude," said David.
In addition, the individual must upload or stream live video footage of the escapade to the BattleCam.com site.
David explained that the rules are quite simple and that he does not expect anyone to break the law, he recommends utilizing a nudist colony or within a jurisdiction that boasts lenient nudity laws. David also said he sees no reason the individual should be seen as a threat to national security, "other than as a very naked person."
He added that it has nothing to do with Obama, it is just a promotional scheme and the president is simply the wrong president and the wrong time.
"Another little offer to make the president and that is, if he`s willing to undress himself and flash himself I would be very happy to either donate that money directly to the Democratic Party or indeed to a charity of his choice, and that goes for any family member or close friend of relative of the president," said David.
