Former policeman Fernando Flores previously claimed in a lawsuit that the singer had sexually harassed him and abused her own children, but the case is now officially closed, according to TMZ.com.
Britney is believed to have gone before a private mediator to end the lawsuit, but no details of the settlement have been disclosed as the terms are confidential.
Flores alleged in 2010 that the `Toxic` hitmaker exposed herself to him and he detailed the allegations in papers filed at the Los Angeles County Superior Court.
He also previously claimed that working for the 30-year-old singer - who has sons Sean Preston, six, and Jayden James, five, with ex-husband Kevin Federline - was a "nightmare".
Flores previously alleged: "Britney was a nightmare to work for. All the security guards lived in fear of her. And she seemed to see me as just a sex plaything."
But Britney`s representatives hit back at the accusations, branding them an attempt to "sully her reputation".
