HARSTAD (Norway), November 10 - Russia and Norway plan to conclude an agreement on easing visa regulations, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said Thursday after talks with his Norwegian counterpart Jonas Gahr Store.
"We have agreed to conclude an agreement on visa facilitation soon - something that will promote cultural, research, and other exchange," said Lavrov, who is in Norway for a meeting of the Barents Euro-Arctic Council, a forum for intergovernmental cooperation in the region.
Store said he was satisfied with bilateral relations as they were progressing and developing dynamically.
