Banks increasingly refuse to Russians loans
The percentage of refusal of banks to issue consumer loans Russians in the last quarter of 2013 increased by 28 percent in comparison with October-December 2012.

For example, "Ekvifaks" in the fourth quarter noticed the increasing number of requests for 49 percent in comparison with the similar period of the last year. In the NCB this figure had risen by 60 percent in the Bureau by 20 percent.

The newspaper said citing the participants of the money market that banks are reinforcing the control over quality of borrowers due to the tightening of requirements of the Central Bank in retail consumer crediting.

The Central Bank in the 2nd half of last year, often expressed concern too excessive debt load of Russians. In early December, the Chairman of the Bank of Russia Elvira Nabiullina has rated the debt of residents power before financial organizations in 435 billion rubles.. Regulator has called for the establishment of legal restrictions rates on consumer loans. The bill, according to which the Central Bank has received the right to regulate the rates, was adopted in previous December.
