25 millions of Russians at the age before 35 years will be inoculated against hepatitis B for budget finds, the head of Russian Consumer Inspection Gennady Onishenko reported on Wednesday during meeting in Yekaterinburg. It is also planned to increase amount of inoculation against rubella and poliomyelitis.
The head of Russian Consumer Inspection also reported that it is planned to give money from federal budget for vaccination of 22 millions of people from risk group - pupils, pensioners, teachers and doctors. At present moment funds for these goals are found at local and regional budgets.
The most difficult part of "Health" project is struggle against spread of HIV-infection. More than 3 milliards of rubles will be given for these purposes from federal budget within 2 next years.
For 2006-2007 year amount of health protection system financing from federal budget is 145.6 milliards of rubles.
