Ovchinnikov to become trainer of "Locomotive"

"Locomotive" goalkeeper Ovchinnikov declared that he could become trainer of "Locomotive". Answering the question about his relation to the fact that "Locomotive" can be headed by foreign trainer he said: "It will be better if I was the head of the team".

"I think this the optimal variant. Then a person comes to training immediately after end of sport career, he is still close to football players and they will support him. And to keep traditions of club, it will be great to introduce such succession", - noted Ovchinnikov.

But the opposite succession is observed. For conversations about transfer of Ovchinnikov to "Dinamo", goalkeeper was not taken to Israel, where on November 30 "Locomotive" will play its last match of "Uefa Cup" stage against "Makkabi" from Petakh-Tikvy.
