The Russian Public Chamber was completely formed on Friday. Eighty-four existing members of the Public Chamber elected the remaining 42 members, representing regional and inter-regional public organizations. There are many outstanding figures among them: the Russian Academy of Arts president Zurab Cereteli, the President of the Russian Stat?е center of atomic shipbuilding in Severodvinsk David Pashayev, member of public organization ?°Business Russia?° coordination council Sergei Abramov, the Bishop of Stavropol and Vladicaucasus Pheophan (Ivan Ashuhrkov), the chief editor of ?°Business Petersburg?? Oleg Tretyakov. The first plenary session numbering 126 participants is to be held in January 2006, not later that in 30 days from the date of its authorized membership (over Ёъ of total number of the chamber members) formation. The chamber members term of office expires in two years since the first plenary session.
