Putin has the right to enter the army on Ukraine

Profile committees of the Federation Council urged senators to support the proposal of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin on the cancellation of the Ordinance On the use of Russian Armed forces on the terrain of Ukraine.

This issue will be considered at the plenary session of the Ministry.
