The rescue works on fishermen cut off with ice in the north part of Caspian Sea are suspended in connection with absence of people?s appeals, informed the press-service of Southern regional centre of Russian Emergency Ministry.
"Totally 50 fishermen have been rescued, during the last 24 hours no fishermen were discovered", noted the press-service representative.
The press-servise also reported about seven fishermen, who refused help. "It is connected with the fact that most fishermen did illegal fishing", said the official.
