Strangers beat wife of the leader of political party "Russian National Unity" Alexander Barkashev in near-Moscow.
As lawyer of Barkashev Yurii Kachan informed, the incident took place on Thursday morning in Sennitsy-2 village of Ozersky district of Moscow oblast.
"Wife of Barkashev was walking with children, when 2 strangers approached her. Threatening by words they were forcing her to persuade Barkasev to testifying", - said the lawyer.
When wife of Barkashev refused to carry out the order, one of men hit her at the head. "I recommended her to address to "emergency" for registration of beating, and also to report about violence to local Office of Prosecutor", - added Kachan.
Barkashev and other participants of attack on official of law machinery organs are accused of "hooliganism, committed by group of people in preliminary agreement" according to article 213, part 2 of Russian Criminal Code.
By data of Office of Prosecutor, on December 2, 2005, Barkashev and several people attacked the major. They were armed with digging tool, hammer and ax. As a result of attack the policeman got various traumas and office car was damaged.
