3 apartment houses and 2 administrative buildings remain without central heating in near-Moscow Tomilino settlement, informed press-service of Russian Emergency Ministry on Sunday.
It should be mentioned that 310 people, including 95 children, live in the houses without central heating. The apartments are heated only by electric radiators.
"The air temperature outside comes to -23 degrees centigrade, in the flats - 15 degrees above zero", - was noted by Russian Emergency Ministry.
Repair works supposedly will be finished today.
Because of breakdown at boiler-house on January 18, 43 houses and psychoneurologic dispensary remained without heating in the village. By words of lodgers, temperature in flats decreased to +8 degrees centigrade. Electric energy supply was cut off in Tomilino in the evening of January 19 in the view of breakdown at substation. At midnight electric energy supply resumed in 9 houses, but several houses stayed without light.
