according to him, for today in the Rostov region employs eight members of the mission - five of these observers and three administrative staff.

He clarified that the full composition of the mission will provide an opportunity to increase the number of hours at checkpoints." Currently work at checkpoints around the clock impossible, But soon it will be so, " He said.
Picard said that the observers fixed on what is happening at the checkpoints " Gukovo " and " Donetsk ".
