The head of Federal Atomic Energy Agency Sergei Kiriyenko has assured that Russia will supply nuclear fuel to the Iranian Nuclear Power Plant in Busher.
"The fuel will be supplied in the time needed for providing the plant start-up", Kiriyenko said. He underlined, that nuclear fuel supply from Russia will not become the cause for the startup delay of the plant in Busher.
The Agency official explained, that "there is no need to supply fuel to the NPP earlier than 6 months before the physical plant startup".
Nuclear fuel for Busher NPP in the amount of 100 tons is already produced and is stored on the enterprise belonging to TVEL company.
