The head of the OSCE tried to convince Moscow and Kiev to cooperate on humanitarian aid
The acting head of the OSCE, foreign Minister and head of Switzerland Didier Burkhalter expressed regret that the Russian-Ukrainian consensus on the delivery of humanitarian aid were not executed properly and tried to convince all parties to refrain from actions that threaten to escalate further.
