Russia is going to send another convoy with humanitarian aid in the Donbass. Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov announced that the humanitarian crisis in the East of Ukraine did not pass.
"We have sent an official note to the foreign Ministry of Ukraine informed about our intent to prepare another convoy with humanitarian aid has made a detailed assortment of items and the number of those goods, which are scheduled to be sent, hopes honest cooperation with the Ukrainian authorities in the coordination of all necessary formalities," said Lavrov.
The chief Minister said that another portion of humanitarian aid will follow the route of the first convoy. The structure is planned to generate and send as quickly as possible, in the coming days. "We hope that the time that it will take with regard to the already existing skill, is not as long as it was in history with the first convoy," he said, Minister RIA Novosti.
According to Lavrov, the international Committee of the red cross (ICRC) reports that the population of Luhansk in dire need of humanitarian assistance. "But the humanitarian crisis is not over," said the Minister. Foreign Minister expressed hope that the distribution of humanitarian aid will be spent on the project. "Now comes the distribution of aid, will take part followers of the ICRC. They provide advice to local authorities on the drafting of the hand, and we hope that everything will be on the project. And others who are in this need, and this is almost the entire population of the area, this assistance shall receive."
