For the first time in Russian history elections of different levels are held in 68 subjects of Russian Federation this Sunday.
As the head of Russian Central Electoral Commission Alexander Veshnyakov informed, about 17 million Russians are registered on voting-lists and can participate in election.
Veshnyakov noted that additional election of State Duma deputy over 196-th Medvedkovo single member constituency will be held in Moscow. Current deputy of the constituency Georgy Boos vacated the seat and became the governor of Kaliningrad oblast.
Election of deputies to Legislative Assembly will be held in 8 subjects of Russian Federation - the Khanty-Mansiisk autonomous district, the republics of Adygei and Altai, the Kaliningrad, the Kirov, the Kursk, the Nizhny Novgorod and the Orenburg regions.
359 deputy mandates will be elected in these regions. Election will be held by combined system - at least half of deputies of every legislative body are chosen by party lists.
Ballots include lists of candidates over 66 regional department of 18 political parties. Lists of candidates from "United Russia", CPRF, LDPR and Russian party of pensioners are registered in all 8 subjects of Russian Federation, Russian party of life - in 6 subjects, "Yabloko" - in 4, SPS - in 3.
By information of the head of Russian Central Electoral Commission the gathered electoral funds distributed among regional departments of political parties the following way: "United Russia" - 88.35 million rubles, "Russian patriots" - 30.2 million rubles, Russian party of life - 23.93 million rubles, Russian party of pensioners - 22.95 million rubles, LDPR - 18.27 million rubles, CPRF - 3.57 million rubles.
Elections to local self-governments will be held in 60 subjects of Russian Federation. Over 2.5 thousand deputies of representative bodies of municipal government will be elected in Russian districts and cities today.
