Explaining the situation in Ukraine, the head of Serbia Tomislav Nikolic reminded the UN General Assembly that certain members of the global organization was not aware of the rights of Serbia's territorial integrity. " Serbia respects the territorial integrity of Ukraine as a member state of the UN. We support equitable utilization of international law. I wish to remind you once again that certain countries were denied the same right of Serbia, recognizing and supporting the independence of the territory of Serbia, namely Kosovo and Metohija, " said Nikolic. Speaking about the events in Ukraine, the Serbian leader has expressed " deep concern " and said that Serbia, which will chair the OSCE in 2015, will by all means help the resolution of a dispute, RIA " Novosti." We will do everything in our power in order to help find a peaceful solution to this problem peacefully cross differences. Our brothers-Slavs deserve peace, quiet development, without a doubt, based on respect for universal principles that apply to all States and peoples and clearly defined in the UN Charter, " said Nikolic.
