The rally under the slogan " We are one " takes place in the framework of the Federal programme " Peace to the Caucasus ". It was organized by Students and Employees of southern Federal University, together with the North-Caucasian Federal University with the assistance of the Ministry of education and science of the Russian Federation, the international news Agency " Russia today ", the government of the Rostov region.
