among the reasons for the downgrade of the country, the Agency pointed crisis in Ukraine, which has an impact on the economy of the Russian Federation in the form of the Western sanctions on the largest Russian credit organizations, as well as defense and energy industries. In addition, experts Moody's predicts " a gradual but continuous decrease in foreign exchange reserves of the country, provoked by the outflow of capital, difficulties in access of borrowers to international credit markets and falling prices for petroleum products.
