The EU will not increase the quota on the import of Ukrainian products in 2014 from 1 November
Annual quotas for duty-free delivery of products of Ukrainian companies on the European market will remain unchanged until 2015, said the head of the EC delegation to Ukraine Jan Tombinski.
The European Union from spring to November 1 of the current year cancelled or reduced customs duties on most industrial and agricultural products from Ukraine. The EU plans to extend the regime of unilateral trade preferences for Ukrainian organizations before January 1, 2016.
As before said the Acting Minister of economic development and trade of Ukraine Valeriy Piatnytsky, Ukrainian producers have chosen 100% of quota for supply to the European market of Apple juice and honey, 77% filled the quota for export of poultry meat, more than 70% of grain.
" This is an Annual quota, they started on April 23 and will to act - as amended) to the end of the current year, " Tombinski said to reporters on Thursday, when asked whether the revised quotas for Ukrainian companies from November 1, after the renewal of trade preferences.
