Naryshkin: we need an open dialogue on various international platforms
The state Duma speaker Sergei Naryshkin believes that the world needs an open Dialogue on various international platforms, most importantly, on the site of the parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe not to grow fresh walls of mistrust.
" I think we all need interested in an open Dialogue on various international platforms. Most importantly, the European Union is the main venue - the parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE). Dialogue is essential, because you don't need fresh wall of mistrust ", - he said during the meeting President's PACE Department in the state Duma.
Kyiv authorities began in April in the East of Ukraine military operation against dissatisfied with the February coup d'etat residents. According to the UN on 31 October, the number of victims of the conflict exceeded 4 thousand people, more than 9 thousand were injured.
on the background of the Crimean events in April, the parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) has deprived the Russian Federation the right to vote at the meeting of the Assembly. In response, the Russian delegation left the meeting PACE to the full restoration of all rights. The range of capabilities of all delegations are updated every year, for this reason, and the deprivation of voting rights is effective only until the end of the year.
