Chapter LNR signed a decree on the structure of the government of the Republic of
The self-proclaimed head of the Luhansk national Republic Igor Carpenter signed a decree on the formation of the Council of Ministers.
The document was signed on 17 December, but on the Internet office of Luhansk information centre was made available only on the first day of the week.
According to the decree, the government consists of the head of the Council of Ministers, two first Deputy (chief of staff of the Council of Ministers and Minister of industry LNR), two Deputy head of the Council of Ministers and 17 Ministers. The government is mandated 30-day period to create and approve the regulations of the Council of Ministers LNR.

According to this document, the self-declared Republic formed 18 ministries, 7 state committees, 4 services and the Agency for state reserves.
