Then Deputy head of the presidential administration of Ukraine Valeriy Chaly expressed dissatisfaction with the " radical " reduction on his salary and admitted that this can be off position. Also it was planned that the maximum amount of wages of employees of state bodies and public institutions will be limited to seven minimum wages (8 526 thousand UAH, which is equivalent to about five hundred dollars budgeted rate in 17 UAH per 1 dollar), and optimization of these bodies - ten. Minimum wage at the same time will remain at level 1 218 thousand hryvnia, and in the beginning of winter it will grow to 1 378 thousand UAH. However, the regulations on the reduction of salaries of bureaucrats was not in the final text of the law, which was placed in a published edition of the Parliament - the newspaper " Voice of Ukraine ". The new budget assumes a drastic reduction of spending on social services, while Kiev plans to invest 5, 2% of GDP on military spending in 2015. In addition, the enacted budget extended the military collection from individuals in the amount of 1, 5% of the parish funds to pay for " special operations " in the East of Ukraine to complete the reform of the military power of the country. The effect of this provision was required to be completed January 1, 2015.
