Tariffs for heating increased by 3, 6%, and hot water - 2%. Appliances rose by 3, 8%, most increased Prices for refrigerators 5, 3%, plate - 5, 1%, vacuum cleaners - 5, 0%. Prices of pharmaceutical products rose by 3 to 7%, the cost of the vehicles 12, 3% of the tickets went up by 6, 4%.
The Cabinet was initially forecast for inflation in 2014 at the level of 19%. The state budget of Ukraine for 2015, adopted at the end of last year by the Parliament, provides that inflation in the coming year will be on level 13, 1%. However, the Ukrainian Authorities intend to revise the budget not later than fifteen February - as it was stated by the Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk, " depending on the results of negotiations with international financial organizations ". Head Petro Poroshenko has signed the main financial document of the country on December 31.
Ukraine is in a difficult political crisis, which affects its economy and the public sector. In fact, the country is on the verge of default. The authorities have a hope to save the economy through external borrowing.
