The company Mail.Ru Group plans to dispose of its own shares in the Mamba Dating service. Therefore the owner of this well-known resource "Finam" will be able to buy the service fully.
Previously Mail.Ru the Group has already sold all the shares of the recruitment portal HeadHnter, now on-line Dating service Mamba, which is a Russian legal entity JSC "Mamba". Currently the company is owned by 31,19% of the shares of the service. All other percent of the shares has the "Finam".
